Rebecca ScrutonRebecca Scruton of Meriden, Connecticut, a 28-year-old widow with two young children, was on her way to visit her parents in Korea. Her husband had died the year before. She had originally planned to catch the Sunday flight to Seoul. But when she went to board the plane, she realized she had forgotten her passport and thus had to reschedule her travel plans.
