Juntana Siripoon

A graduate of Bangkok University, Juntana Siripoon, 28, was studying for her Masters degree while living in the Brighton, Massachusetts, after coming to Boston four years earlier.  She lived with her sister, Mayuree, who was working on a Ph.D. in nursing at Boston University.  They had six other brothers and sisters back in Bangkok.

A close friend of Juntana, Mrs. Dennis Hall of Arlington had a party in her home for Juntana when she finished school.  Quoted in The Boston Globe, Hall said, "She was just a wonderful person, full of life.  She was also a very close friend."  The article continued, "Siripoon wanted to cancel her plans to fly home because her sister was sick with a cold", but at the last minute she changed her mind.
